Start your day with an hour spent connecting with yourself. Join us every morning (except Sunday) from 6 to 7am.
The simple and traditional form of meditation we see depicted on ancient wall art with people seated in meditative postures with half-closed eyes has continued to this day with little change. While our base remains this classic one, we will also explore some variations such as meditation with music, movement, mantras and mudras in our daily morning sittings, open to all.

Yoga Asana
Yoga is a wisdom tradition whose core is meditation and spiritual development. Our asana classes consists of classic Postures and Breathing exercises shared as a part of this wisdom tradition.
